Hurricane Dorian visiting Florida – governor declares State of Emergency

Governor DeSantis has declared a state of emergency for Florida in preparation for Hurricane Dorian which is headed towards Florida Monday, September 2nd.  Please be advised our management office is scheduled to be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday.  Should you incur any damage to your lease premises please contact Cyndi, cell 407-257-8851 or Bob Winters, cell 407-620-0500.  Tenants in Osceola County contact Ely, cell 407-212-6778.  If you leave a voicemail message or text message, please clearly state your name, address (with suite/unit #), reason for call and best contact number to reach you.  We have resources who have informed us they will assist with clean up and damage repairs if needed.  We will endeavor to take care of any issues as quickly and as safely as possible – please keep in mind we will prioritize damage repairs and clean up accordingly.

If you haven’t already, please take these measures to ready your premises:

–        Move any items you have outside your premises indoors.

–        Move any valuables away from windows, storefronts and off the floor.

–        Cover valuables with waterproof coverings if possible.

–        Sandbag all entry doors.
