Marshall Cohn

Marshall S. Cohn graduated from The Florida State University, Class of 1981, with a double major in Real Estate and Economics. Since graduation, he has been involved in most facets of the commercial real estate industry- including development, asset and property management, leasing, brokerage, consulting services and investment analysis.

In 1989, Cohn and partner Robert Winters founded The Dunhill Companies, a boutique commercial real estate firm focused on the Central Florida market. Marshall’s goal is to provide the highest quality,  personalized commercial real estate services to both institutional and private clients. In 2011 Marshall received a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central  Florida.  Born in New York City and raised in Miami, Marshall has lived in Central Florida for 35 years.

Marshall frequently lectures classes on Real Estate analytics at Florida State University and University of Central Florida.   In 2014, Marshall was awarded the Florida State University Real Estate Network Award.  In 2019, he received the Professional Partner Award from the University of Central Florida’s Dr P Phillips School of Real Estate.

Bob Winters

Robert D. (Bob) Winters Graduated from the School of Hard Knocks and began his working career at age 14 in the retail grocery business with The Kroger Company in West Virginia and proceeded through the full management profile of that business career with several different companies for the next 25 years. He moved to Florida from Ohio in 1979 and has been involved in commercial real estate and development since the early 1980’s. Bob and Marshall Cohn formed The Dunhill Companies in 1989 and are currently listed in the top tier of the largest independent commercial property management companies in the Central Florida area. Our motto for over 25 years has been “We manage your property like we own it”! Our real estate and management staffs have over 150 years of combined experience in Florida Real Estate which enables us to advise and assist you in maximizing the full potential of your assets. Tyler Brackney

Tyler’s private practice in commercial real estate opened almost twenty years ago, and it has proved to be a very successful enterprise. The business is run in conjunction with a unique relationship representing clients by negotiating sales, leases and lead negotiator for any condemnation issues impacting managed properties. This is due to his seven years of performing condemnation acquisitions and five years of site selecting, leasing and real estate management duties for one of the largest public municipalities in Central Florida. This unique experience enables him to consult and negotiate in many different types of real estate markets to include office, retail, industrial, institutional and airports.

Bill Bagley

Bill has been a resident of Central Florida for over 50 years. During his 25 years in the insurance industry he was active in the community through such activities such as scouting, Little League and his church. He also served four years on the Orlando City Council. Bill joined the Dunhill family in 2001, and has represented Landlords and Tenants, Purchasers and Sellers in transactions from 600 square foot one year leases to a land acquisition for sixty five million dollar apartment development. He is here to provide the solution to your commercial real estate needs.

Olga Bohannon

Olga is a seasoned accounting executive with exceptional proficiency in all accounting facets. Originally from Washington, D.C., she held several senior accounting positions before moving to Orlando in 2003. Prior to joining Dunhill Management in May 2007, she was an analyst with the Orlando Utilities Commission. She’s been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 25 years and has two wonderful children.

Cyndi Bomstad

Cyndi began her career at The Dunhill Companies in May of 2004 and in May of 2005 was promoted to the position of property manager. As the management liaison between clients and tenants Cyndi takes pride in working with both parties to help bridge the gap with friendly and professional customer service. In her free time she is with her family, which she values as the most important thing in her life.

Ely Flores (FL Notary Public)

Ely is an innovative and driven office professional. Her diverse experience and efficiency has advanced her to various assigned roles at Dunhill including office manager, marketing and lease coordinator and property manager. She is also a volunteer member to our very own Variety Children’s Charity of Florida. Ely has been dedicated to Dunhill since 2007 when she moved to Florida from her hometown Providence, Rhode Island. She is an 80’s baby and mother of two handsome boys.
