Bill has been a resident of Central Florida for over 50 years. During his 25 years in the insurance industry he was active in the community through such activities such as scouting, Little League and his church. He also served four years on the Orlando City Council. Bill joined the Dunhill family in 2001, and has represented Landlords and Tenants, Purchasers and Sellers in transactions from 600 square foot one year leases to a land acquisition for sixty five million dollar apartment development.
