Robert D. (Bob) Winters Graduated from the School of Hard Knocks and began his working career at age 14 in the retail grocery business with The Kroger Company in West Virginia and proceeded through the full management profile of that business career with several different companies for the next 25 years. He moved to Florida from Ohio in 1979 and has been involved in commercial real estate and development since the early 1980’s. Bob and Marshall Cohn formed The Dunhill Companies in 1989 and are currently listed in the top tier of the largest independent commercial property management companies in the Central Florida area.
